To facilitate seamless coordination with the venue, we kindly request that all registrations and cancellations be finalized no later than 48 hours prior to the meeting. Unfortunately, cancellations made after this deadline may incur the full meal charge of €35, as this amount may be billed to us by the venue and will therefore be passed on to those canceling. By registering, you confirm your acknowledgment and acceptance of these conditions.
If you have any dietary restrictions or require a vegetarian option, please indicate this in the comment section when registering.
